Warranty

If you are not 100% satisfied with any consumables purchased from the bespoke coffee website, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment.

Please note that if requesting a replacement or refund, we must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of shipment. Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced or the cost will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will credit any reasonable postage costs incurred when returning the goods.
